We offer a 35 day return policy for our Baby Loungers. Only unused Baby Loungers can be returned. Unfortunately, used loungers cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety concerns. Baby Loungers with visible wear, such as marks, stains, tears, or scrapes, do not qualify for returns.
