Return Policy
Each product has a 35 day Return Policy. We accept unused, undamaged and lightly used items. Items with visible wear usage such as marks, stains, tears, scrapes do not qualify for returns. Used baby loungers can not be returned, due to hygiene safety concerns.
To return a product, please email us at VnvInnovates@Gmail.com or submit via our websites contact us form. Please include your Name, Tracking Number and a brief reason why you are returning the product. This ensures we are aware of the incoming return and the refund is successfully completed.
If Vnv Innovates receives your new or lightly used item within 35 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to your original method of payment.
US Shipping Policy
US Shipping is FREE. We offer free domestic shipping to customers in the continental United States. Vnv Innovates ships Monday - Friday. Each order is shipped within 1 business day. Orders received before 1:00 pm EST are generally shipped out the same business day. Your order should arrive at your address within 7 business days.
How can I track my orders progress:
Answer: You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
International Shipping Policy
Vnv Innovates ships internationally! We ship to countries outside of the United States. Due to higher international shipping costs, we cannot provide free shipping to international customers. International customers pay their own shipping cost. We provide all international customers a $10 discount off their international shipping cost.
